Summer Stop 7-My Secret Destination

I was excited to head to work today, after all I did get to rest yesterday.  I met the coolest friend today.  My friend Molly came to my studio for my expertise.  She wanted ME to tell her senior story, and boy was I excited.  She and her mom gave me treats and let me sit in on her photo shoot.  I was very good and acted like super dog on the floor just so that I could give the girls some advice.

Here is me whispering a secret to Molly about what to do next.   Of course she listened!

This photo is the final shot!  I love it, Molly! Good Job.

After Molly's photo shoot, my mom, dad, and my aunt went on a secret summer stop that I picked.  I have a craving for delicious grass and I knew that this spot had the best to eat.  Little did I know that it was so hot.  My mom forgot to bring me water, luckily I met a very nice lady from Hershey and she loved me.  She said, "Ooooooh, I just want to get a hold of that fluff ball!"  I was flattered to be referred to as a fluff ball, that meant that my hair was looking fine!  I replied to her "Ruff, ruff, ruff!"  That meant that I needed water.  She told me she had just the thing in her car.  Usually my mom doesn't let me take things from strangers, but seeing as the water was sealed and the lady was really nice, (and my irresponsible mom forgot!) she said okay.  The lady gave me water and a big scratch behind the ears!  It was heavenly.

Thank you, nice lady!  This water was so good.

Me, after my big drink of water.

We really had a great time today.  My dad decided he wanted a photo for his crazy blog. (He copied off of me big time and created a blog the day I did) So he posed for this photo like Tony Soprano...not sure that he looks Italian enough?  but whatever makes him happy.

I decided that since my dad needed a blog photo op, then I DID TOO!  I can't let him have one up on me.  So, I put myself on this bench without a leash.  I am a big girl these days.  I told my aunt that I did not want the Tony look, instead I was going for the famous beagle look.  I wanted to be like my pal Snoopy.  The only thing missing was a little yellow bird on my head...where is that Woodstock when you need him.

My parents stole my idea with the bench!  Seriously? Do they have to do everything I do?  Can't a little doggie just have one chance to be in the limelight without any humans copying?

I suppose their photo was nice...Below we sat at this cute little table.  Dad kept saying ice cream, Izzy where's the ice cream!  Does anybody see any?  I waited at the little table and never got any!

Well, my dad just had to have this photo that is above.  He thought I looked as if I was waiting for food.  I thought in my head, Dad, I never wait for food!  My mom gets it for me right away...but I guess hypothetically this is what I might look like if I was waiting for food.  This shot took about 6 times.  You see right behind me on the ground is my mom, and right in front of me is my aunt taking the photo and my dad getting my attention.  Right behind them is some man in a car watching!  I was totally showing off for him and every time my dad said "Where's the chicken, Izzy?"  I jumped onto the table and went toward him and then we started over.  I wanted to tell the man in the car to head to TeaRose and he could buy a photo of me, since he liked looking at me so much...

Finally, the last photo of the day!

Well peeps, I'm off to bed. It is way to late for a doggie to be awake...I need to go and dream of minty bones.  Until next time...good night!
